Summer Camp

New Beginnings Farm is offering horseback riding camps specializing in teaching a basic balanced position, horsemanship, and providing fun outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for riders of all ages and levels.

What We Offer

New Beginnings Farm is offering horseback riding camps specializing in teaching a basic balanced position, horsemanship, and providing fun outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for riders of all ages and levels. We have beginner school horses perfect for the most beginner and timid of riders, as well as intermediate/advanced horses who can school higher level dressage movements and jump 3’3 courses. New Beginnings Farm is all about meeting individual’s wants and needs so we are able to facilitate both english and western riding. Riding sessions will include trail rides, riding with cows, mounted games, jumping, dressage, lunge lessons, and bareback riding depending on the camper’s riding level and desires. When not riding campers will learn all about horse care and participate in horse related arts and crafts. The day is finished off with a self packed lunch and supervised swimming. Campers with their own horse are welcome to keep their horse at New Beginnings Farm for the duration of the camp at no additional charge. We keep our camp numbers low to allow for a more personal and safe environment so be sure to let us know if you are interested in attending so that we can reserve your spot!

What do campers need to participate?

Campers will need to wear long pants for riding and closed toe shoes for riding and being in the barn. Helmets are required while riding but New Beginnings Farm has a selection of helmets that can be borrowed for the duration of the camp.
